The Genesis Fund is a merger between two successful angel investors joining forces, fundraising began in mid 2025 with an initial target of $20M. Over 25% of the fund has already been subscribed.

The Genesis Fund will focus on pre-seed, pre-ico, and seed investments in blockchain infrastructure projects and projects focused on enhancing privacy for institutions and individuals, including compliant privacy.

Our strategy will be the same as our angel investments, we will operate in an area that is uncomfortable and unknown to large funds. Founders in the space have become distrustful of large VC funds due to excessive TGE events and token dumping harming credible projects. Our standing within the community, involvement in community projects, and honest approach is a key edge that leads founders to work with us.

GP committment 10% of Fund.

All investments made during the raise phase via the GP commitment will be warehoused and transferred into the Genesis Fund upon launch.
